The Sources

To Castiadas is a territory within which historically converge several streams;water. We recall the Rio Zarpixedda, the Rio Corrè Pruna, the Rio Buddui, the Rio Frumini Cerau and the Rio ';Water Callenti. Are all the rivers that are born at the foot of the mountains and forests of Minni Minni. Full of these rivers is almost never too much, and their course is often driven by jumps and waterfalls, guaranteed by the land of granite area. There are few Sardinians levying water directly from springs, votandosi to a healthier life.

The easily accessible sources are SA Mitza de sa Teula. Is in Sarmentus and the;access is guaranteed by the old road linking San Petro with Minni Minni. No less interesting is the source of Su Stauli Mannu. Located in the central area accessible from the road on the East side of the old former penal colony. To reach the source of;water is necessary to take an old mule track that was created by the prisoners. Interesting to remember that the source in question was used by the same Cologne. Located in the town that lies between Buddui and Annunziata, It is accessible via the;crossing of municipal road that connects Olia Speciosa with the;Annunziata.
